w566 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including without limitation blocking access to the Platform from specific IP addresses or jurisdictions.

All Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Platform and its Content — including but not limited to all text, editorial guides, structural layouts, graphics, logos, icons and the w566 brand name and mark — are owned by or licensed to w566. All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring on you any licence or right in relation to any Intellectual Property Rights of w566 other than the limited access licence set out in Section 5 above.

The trade names, logos, product names and service marks of third parties referenced in Content — including payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports organisations such as PCB, PSL and ICC — remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, w566 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, in relation to:
